You've done so much of the work. So why does it still feel like this?
✦ You've read the books.
✦ You've found the therapist.
✦ You've journalled, breathed, meditated, downloaded the app.
✦ You understand your patterns. You can name them. You know where they came from.
And still, the same things keep happening.
✦ Your chest tightens before the day's even begun. You're braced for something to go wrong, even when nothing is.
✦ You're snapping at the people you love and you don't know why. You're spiralling at small things.
✦ You're exhausted, but switching off feels impossible.
✦ To everyone around you, you seem fine. But your body is telling a different story.
Here's what no one's quite said to you yet.
Understanding it isn't the same as healing it.
Your mind can know all of it. But until your body learns a different experience underneath, the same patterns will keep running.
This is the work your body has been waiting for.
"As an EFT practitioner myself, I knew this would help me regulate my nervous system, but needed immense guidance and support to get out of the dark hole. Sarah provided the love, attention, safety, trust, ease, and practical tools that I was seeking."

This isn't about being calm all the time.
And it isn't about thinking positively enough.
It's about something much deeper underneath.
When we've been living with chronic anxiety, our body has learned that control was the only way to feel safe. Because at some point, life felt totally out of control. And the body, in its beautiful intelligence, found a way to cope. Hold it all together. Manage everything. Stay one step ahead. Don't let anything slip.
The problem is that the way out of feeling out of control isn't more control.
Because when we live like that, we're teaching the body something painful underneath. That unless we're managing every single thing around us, we're not safe.
And that's exhausting. Because life will never fully cooperate. And quietly, it takes things. The energy. The presence. The moments you're too braced to feel.
- The sand keeps slipping through our fingers.
- The anxiety keeps spiking.
- The patterns keep running.
The way out is teaching the body a different experience underneath.
One built on safety. On repetition.
On the deep, body-level knowing that you can come home to yourself,
no matter what's happening around you.
That's what this work is. Not a strategy. Not a mindset shift.
A full-bodied, nervous-system-led return to safety.
Closing the reaction gap.
How often, in a single day, do you feel completely hijacked by your body's reactions?
Sometimes it's the smallest thing. And before you know it, you've spiralled.
This is the reaction gap. Something happens. Your body reacts. And often you don't even know what set it off, or where it came from. Sometimes you don't realise you've slipped into a survival state until hours, or even days, later. If ever.
This is what we're really doing in this work. Closing that gap.
Not so you never react again. That was never the goal, and your nervous system was never meant to be perfect. The goal is:
- Catching it sooner.
- Recognising what's shifted in your body.
- Reaching for a tool while you're still in the moment.
And as the gap closes, something else starts to happen underneath. Your body stops reacting and starts responding. To what it's feeling. To what it's experiencing. To what's actually in front of you, rather than to the old pattern that's been running underneath for years.
This is the pivotal moment in the journey. The one I see again and again.
Clients write to me.
"I felt myself starting to spiral. I noticed it. I knew what was happening. I used a tool. My whole day changed."
When we live in a brace, we are always somewhere else.
One step ahead. Bracing for the next thing.
Planning for the worst, running it before it ever arrives.
And while we are up there in our heads,
life is happening down here. Without us.
The brace was never the enemy. It was protection. A body doing everything it knew to keep you safe. But protection has a quiet cost.
And the cost is presence.
It takes the joy. The noticing. The small, ordinary wonders that are there the whole time. It takes our moments with our children, our grandchildren, our partners. Our moments with ourselves.
This is what the work gives back.
As your body learns it is safe, the bracing softens. And slowly, you come home to your own life. You start to notice again. To be here. To feel the closeness, the beauty, the joy that was always waiting underneath the holding.
Because life has so much to offer. It always did. This work simply teaches your body it is safe enough to receive it.
Building your capacity for life
When we live in survival, our capacity shrinks. There is only ever enough for the threat in front of us, and nothing left over. No room for joy. No room for rest. No room for the people we love, or for ourselves.
This work builds that capacity back. Not the capacity to push through more, or to hold more. The capacity to feel more. To be present. To meet your life with something steady underneath you.
More capacity in your nervous system is more room for your life.
And that changes everything.
This isn't just about you.
We can't heal other people. We can't regulate someone else's nervous system for them. And we can't carry the work for the people we love, no matter how much we want to.
But here's what we can do.
We can do this work for ourselves. And let the ripple do what the ripple does.
Because so often, choosing to heal feels like the most selfish thing we could do. Taking the time. Spending the money. Stepping away from everyone else's needs long enough to attend to our own.
But the truth is the opposite.
Healing yourself is the most selfless thing you can do.
When your nervous system softens, your children feel it.
Your partner feels it. Your friends feel it.
The people you work with feel it.
The way you parent shifts. The way you love shifts.
The way you show up in every room you walk into shifts.
A regulated nervous system in a family can change generations.
And children feel it most of all.
A child's nervous system is still learning to regulate itself, right into their mid-twenties.
Until then, they borrow ours, steadying their own bodies against the calm in the adults around them.
So every piece of safety we build in ourselves becomes safety they get to grow on.
This is the ripple. And it begins with one body. Yours.
"I can now apply the things I have learned to my children, who now have a mum who can be there for them in the best way possible."

Introducing
The Nervous System
Reset Program
An 8-week guided journey of awareness and practical somatic tools, designed to help your body remember what safety feels like.
This isn't a course about understanding your nervous system intellectually.
It's a sequenced, embodied journey that meets your body where it actually is,
and gently helps it home.
The somatic tools you'll learn aren't quick fixes. They're designed to create neuroplasticity. To rewire how your nervous system responds, drip, drip, drip, repetition by repetition,
until the new wiring becomes the default.
Over 8 weeks, we move through three phases of nervous system work.
Each one building on the last.
Your healing is like a bow and arrow.
To propel yourself forward in life, sometimes you have to come back a little.
Not to dig up every part of your childhood. Not to blame your parents or your caregivers. Just to gently understand where your patterns came from, so you can stop being run by them.
- Why a certain look from a colleague floors you.
- Why your child's tantrum sends you into freeze.
- Why your partner saying a particular thing pulls you straight into fight.
There's always a reason. And once you can see it,
you can start to meet it differently.
That's part of what we do here. Not heavy excavation. Just enough awareness to bring your survival patterns into the light, where the body can finally release them.
Three phases of nervous system work
Over 8 weeks, we move through three phases of nervous system work. Each one building on the last.
The foundation phase where the body begins to learn it can come back to safety
Before any deeper work can happen, your body needs to feel safe enough to begin.
In the first two weeks,
- You'll meet your nervous system properly.
- Polyvagal theory in language that actually makes sense.
- You'll begin mapping your own patterns, understanding the states your body moves between, and noticing which one you're in at any given moment.
This is also where you'll learn your daily reset practice. A short, gentle tool you can use in the small moments more than the big ones.
Waiting for the kettle. At a red light. Before opening that email.
This is how we begin teaching the nervous system the way home. Through repetition, until the new wiring becomes the default.
The noticing phase where you start to see the patterns and roots beneath the symptoms
Once your body has a baseline of safety and awareness, we begin to explore what's been living underneath.
- The beliefs you've been carrying without knowing it.
- The imprints of what your body has held.
- The emotions that have been pushed down, numbed, or never given permission to move.
This is also where the rewiring deepens. You'll layer on a second practice that builds directly on the first, used in the moments where something has actually shifted in your body.
This is where neuroplasticity begins to do its quiet, beautiful work. Your body doesn't just keep coming home. It begins to update underneath.
The application phase where the reset is gently woven into real life, emotions, triggers, and relationships
With safety established and awareness deepened, we look at the patterns that have been running your life from underneath.
- The family system that shaped you.
- The relational dynamics you may still be carrying.
- The protective parts of you that have worked so hard for so long.
And gently, by the final week, the return to who you've actually been underneath all of it.
Why somatics is such a big part of our work together
Woven through all eight weeks is the somatic work, and this is the heart of what makes real change possible. The word somatic means body, the body living in its wholeness. So somatic work is simply healing that happens through the body, rather than through the thinking mind alone.
And this matters, because for so long many of us have tried to think our way out of anxiety and old patterns, only to find that understanding alone never quite reaches the places that need it most. That is because these patterns do not live in the mind. They live in the body. This is why we work from the bottom up, beginning not with thought but with the body itself, through breath, movement, grounding, gentle touch, and simple circuit breakers that bring the body back to a state of regulation. Over time, as we rewire how the body has been reacting, that reaction slowly becomes a response.
But this is a full-bodied approach, and both parts matter. Without awareness, the somatics cannot fully land. And without the somatics, awareness is only ever part of the picture. It is the two coming together that truly lands in the body, and works so beautifully in our healing.
Where the work takes you,
week by week
Each week builds gently on the last. Open any week to see what's inside.
Week 1 · Where Healing Begins
This is where everything starts. You'll meet your nervous system, learn the practices that bring your body home, and lay the foundation the rest of the work will rest on.
- Gently noticing how your system has learned to live in protection, whether that's racing thoughts, quick reactions, shutdown, people-pleasing, or tension you carry without knowing why
- Meeting your nervous system through a kinder lens, and beginning to understand why you feel the way you feel
- Introducing small, science-backed somatic tools that bring a real, felt sense of regulation
- Beginning to gather small moments of safety, the ground your healing grows from
None of this is a flaw. It is simply the way your body has been keeping you safe.
Week 2 · Learning the Language of Your Body
Your body has been speaking to you all along. This week you'll learn how to read it, understanding the states you move between and what each one is asking for.
- Recognising the states you move through, and what each one is quietly asking for
- Understanding neuroception, your body's constant safety or danger radar
- Meeting the protective patterns that have kept you safe, and learning their names
- Beginning to notice where you are in real time, with compassion rather than judgement
Because when you understand your nervous system, you stop blaming yourself, and start supporting yourself instead.
Week 3 · The Roots Beneath It All
The patterns running your life now didn't start now. This week you'll begin to gently uncover the beliefs and stories that have been quietly shaping how you respond to the world.
- Uncovering the deeper, often unspoken stories held in the body, like "I'm not safe," "I have to get it right," or "I'm too much"
- Exploring where these patterns came from, and how they once helped you survive
- Meeting them with compassion rather than criticism
- Beginning to soften and shift them, making more room for trust, calm, and clarity
These stories are not truths about yourself. They are old maps, and these old maps will keep showing up in our adult lives until we have an awareness of them and can gently begin to address them.
Week 4 · How the Body Holds What the Mind Forgot
The body remembers what it has potentially pushed down, because at the time it was too painful to feel. This week is a soft, trauma-informed look at how those imprints live in the nervous system, and how the body begins to release them.
- Exploring what trauma really is, through a gentle nervous system lens
- Understanding why certain triggers feel so intense, even when nothing is wrong now
- Beginning to release what's been stored, gently, without overwhelming your system
- Introducing simple, supportive somatic practices, always at a pace that honours your own experience
This is where true healing begins. Not by forcing change, but by creating the conditions for your body to feel safe enough to heal.
Week 5 · Gently Meeting Your Emotions
Most of us were never taught how to be with our feelings. This week you'll learn to meet your emotions with curiosity rather than fear, and release what has been quietly held inside you.
- Learning to connect with emotions, from anger, grief, and fear to joy, excitement, and happiness, as both ends of the scale can feel unsafe to feel when we've been living in a state of hypervigilance for so long
- Using gentle somatic tools to release what's been stored and soften what's been held for too long
- Learning how to be with emotion safely, without being overwhelmed by it
- Allowing your system to finally let go, at its own pace
Because when we stop fearing our feelings, we stop fearing ourselves, and real relief begins.
Week 6 · The Family Nervous System
We don't develop our nervous systems alone. This week you'll look at the family system that shaped you, including attachment, relational patterns, and the dynamics you may still be carrying.
- Recognising the roles you took on, and how they still shape your relationships and sense of self today
- Understanding the attachment patterns that formed in early relationship
- Exploring the shared relational field your nervous system developed inside
- Gently noticing the survival patterns you fall into when someone else dysregulates
This isn't about blame. It is about compassionate awareness of what shaped you.
Week 7 · Releasing What's No Longer Yours
Some of the patterns running underneath your life were never yours to begin with. This week, you'll begin to soften and release what no longer belongs to who you are.
- Noticing the protective patterns running quietly beneath the surface
- Understanding that these aren't flaws, but adaptations your system once needed
- Spotting them in real time, with curiosity rather than judgement
- Beginning to untangle what was never yours to carry, and create new pathways that support calm and choice
So that change no longer feels like a battle, and begins to feel like a possibility.
Week 8 · Becoming Yourself Again
Healing isn't about becoming someone different. This week is about returning to the self underneath, the one who was always there.
- Reconnecting with who you truly are, beneath the pleasing, performing, and holding it all together
- Understanding why authenticity can feel unsafe, and how to gently make it feel safe again
- Treating regulation as a gentle daily practice, woven into ordinary moments
- Living in the joy, not just the healing, noticing glimmers, feeling more present and alive
You are not becoming someone new. You are coming home to yourself.
Hi, I'm Sarah, a somatic therapist and nervous system practitioner. It's such an honour to support people on their healing journeys, and I'm so glad you're here.
And I know what it is to live with chronic anxiety. For me, it began young. I grew up with a mother who struggled with alcohol, and I learned early to stay alert. To read the room before I walked into it. To keep moving, fast enough that nothing could catch up with me.
That quiet survival mode followed me into adulthood. For more than two decades, I worked in holistic health and wellbeing. I could explain every one of my own patterns, and name where each of them came from. But understanding them was never the same as being free of them. Underneath all that knowing, my body was still bracing. Still paying the price, in burnout and chronic symptoms no one could explain.
The turning point came when my son, Harvey, became seriously unwell. I was facing something frightening, day after day, with no capacity left to meet it. And for the first time, I could see how my own nervous system was shaping the people I loved most. How my state was becoming theirs. I knew then that something had to change. Not only for me. For all of us.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to think my way out, and started working with my body instead. Through EFT, somatic practice, and the language the nervous system actually speaks, the patterns I had carried for years began to soften. And I came to understand that they were never failures. They were protective adaptations. My body keeping me safe the only way it knew how.
Now, this is the work I do with others.
I created the Nervous System Reset Program because understanding your patterns is not the same as being free of them. Real change does not happen in the mind. It happens in the body, slowly, as the nervous system learns it is safe.
So this isn't a course that explains your nervous system to you. If you're here, you likely understand it already. That was never the missing piece. This is eight weeks of feeling it shift, in your body and in your real life, with me guiding you gently, every step of the way.
I'd love to walk this journey with you.
With warmth. With compassion. And with tools that create real, lasting change.

The teaching videos are short. The practices live in the small moments. The journals and transcripts are there if you want them, and not if you don't.
There are different ways to take the work in, because nervous systems learn differently, and there's no one right way to do this.
Around 1 to 2 hours a week is plenty, depending on how you learn and how deeply you want to go.
Everything is self-paced.
You move with the rhythm of your own life.

Before you decide
Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone who struggles with anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or physical symptoms, as well as patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, or shutdown. You don't need any prior experience with nervous system work. Everything is taught step by step in accessible language.
How much time will I need each week?
Around 1 to 2 hours a week, depending on how you learn and how deeply you want to go. The teaching videos are bite-sized, typically under 10 minutes each, so you can listen to them on a walk, in the car, or in the kitchen. The Deep Dive Integration Videos are slightly longer for the deeper integration work. Nothing is rushed, and you can move at your own pace.
How long will I have access?
You'll have full access to all materials for 6 months. After that, you're warmly invited to continue your journey inside the membership, where the work is deepened and integrated over time.
Is this suitable if I have complex trauma or PTSD?
This program is trauma-informed and carefully paced. We work gently, at a speed that honours your system. Many participants with complex trauma histories have found this approach deeply supportive. If you have any concerns, you're welcome to reach out before enrolling.
Is this okay to do alongside therapy?
Yes. Many people move through this work alongside therapy and find that the somatic tools complement therapeutic work beautifully. It isn't a replacement, but it can sit alongside.
What if I've started courses before and not finished them?
This is incredibly common, and it isn't a reflection of your willpower or commitment.
It happens because the nervous system pulls us back toward the familiar, even when the familiar is uncomfortable. The body would often rather stay in a familiar hell than step into an unfamiliar heaven, because the unfamiliar feels unsafe, even when it's the very thing we long for.
This pattern is actually something we work with throughout the program. The resistance, the pulling back, the urge to stop, these are nervous system responses, and they need to be supported, not pushed through. The work itself teaches your body that it's safe to step into the unfamiliar, gently, gradually, and with the tools to support you the whole way through.
Is this suitable if I'm neurodivergent?
Absolutely. The tools are adaptable and you can move at your own pace. The work is delivered in multiple formats including video, audio, transcripts, and journals, so there are different ways to take it in. Many neurodivergent participants have found this approach particularly helpful because it works with the body, not against it.
Will I have access to Sarah?
Light email support is included throughout the program. If a question comes up as you move through the work, you can email Sarah or a member of her team. This isn't 1:1 therapy, but you're not on your own.
If you'd love deeper, more personalised support, Sarah opens her doors at specific times of the year for a small number of 1:1 clients. You can join the waitlist.
Is this therapy?
No. This program is not therapy and isn't a replacement for individual therapeutic support. It's a guided, educational experience that draws on psychotherapy, polyvagal theory, somatic work, neuroplasticity, and EFT. It's designed to help you understand your nervous system and build practical tools for daily life.
What payment options are available?
The full investment is £997. Payment plans are available so you can spread the cost in a way that feels accessible. 3x£333 monthly payments.
I have more questions. Can I speak with someone?
Of course. If something isn't covered here, you're welcome to get in touch by email at [email protected].
Your body knows the way home.
It's been waiting for you to listen.
You've spent long enough holding everything together. Pushing through. Trying to think your way to calm.
This is where real healing begins.
Where the bracing softens,
and the joy that's been waiting underneath is finally yours.
Gently. In the body. At your own pace.
I'd love to walk this journey with you.
