It’s been such a supportive space and I’ve genuinely taken a lot from it. 

 

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I started, but I’m so glad I said yes to it. I’ve learned so much about myself and how my body responds to stress. It’s helped me understand my overwhelm in a completely different way. 

What I loved most is how simple and doable everything felt. It’s not overwhelming in itself, it’s small things that actually make a difference. I feel like I now have real tools I can come back to when I feel off or stressed, which is something I didn’t have before.

I feel calmer, more aware, and more able to handle things without going straight into overwhelm.

I can’t thank you enough Sarah and I am so glad I found you! 

 

I suffered a severe trauma , one that no parent should ever have to deal with. This led me to a complete breakdown. Doctors gave me medication upon medication 💊. I was diagnosed with PTSD by one doctor, anxiety and panic disorder with another. Things went from bad to worse until I could hardly function. I wasn’t living, just trying to exist. It felt like my body had turned on me and was trying to destroy me from within. I had various therapies i.e. CBT , Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness but to no avail. This carried on for 10 years....

I now have the confidence to go ahead and change not only what I think but what I do on a daily basis. She is still there for me at the end of an e- mail or text message and she makes you feel more of a friend than a client with her complete commitment to helping you recover.

 To anyone who is wondering, like I did , if you can get better, take it from me, have a chat with Sarah, you’ll be glad you did. xx
