1. The Nervous System Reset Immersion

For those who know they need deeper, more personalised support.

The Nervous System Reset Immersion is for when education alone isn’t enough, when your system needs closer attunement, steadier support, and a space to explore the patterns that have been shaping your life for years.

This option weaves together the full 12-week group program with ten private 1:1 sessions, giving you both the strength of community and the depth of individual, trauma-informed guidance.

How we work together

In our private sessions, we move gently and at the pace your nervous system can genuinely hold.
Some weeks, we may explore a pattern, trigger, or response that’s been showing up. Other weeks, we may work somatically with what your body is communicating, using a blend of nervous system mapping, trauma-sensitive somatic work, EFT, and guided inquiry.

You’ll also have direct message access between sessions, so when something arises in everyday life — a shutdown, a surge of overwhelm, or a familiar loop, you have support and reflection rather than facing it alone.

The group program gives you the education, tools, and grounding.
The private sessions give you the space to explore the deeper layers of your story, your patterns, and the parts of you that need more individual care.

2. Nervous System Insight Session

For those taking the first step.

The Nervous System Insight Session is a 60-minute space designed for understanding, for when you know something feels off in your body, but you’re not quite sure what’s happening or where to begin.

It’s a calm, grounded space where we gently explore what your nervous system is experiencing right now, and what it may be trying to communicate.

How we work together

We begin by looking at what has been showing up for you lately, the anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, looping thoughts, physical symptoms, or patterns you can’t seem to shift.

I’ll help you understand these through the lens of your nervous system:
• the states you may be moving between
• the protective responses your body is using
• why certain symptoms or reactions keep reappearing
• what your system may be trying to keep you safe from
• how you can support your body in a way that feels manageable and safe

You’ll leave this session with more clarity about what’s happening inside your body, why you’ve been feeling the way you have, and simple ways to begin supporting your nervous system with more ease.

This is for you if:

• You’re feeling stuck but not really sure what path to take
