Through my 12-Week Nervous System Reset Framework, we’ll explore your body’s unique survival patterns and re-establish a felt sense of safety and connection. Using trauma-informed, nervous-system-based sequencing, we’ll support your system to release stored stress and rewire for balance and regulation.
You’ll be supported through live 1:1 sessions, somatic practices, and message access during working hours, ensuring you feel held and guided throughout your journey. Between sessions, my online platform offers video trainings, integration tools, and somatic resources to deepen the work.
This is a process of rebuilding safety, restoring connection, and remembering your body’s natural rhythm of wholeness.
