These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your membership of We Rize, provided by Sarah Masson, trading as sarahmasson.co.uk. By completing your registration and ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Membership

We Rize is an ongoing educational and coaching-based membership that provides somatic tools, nervous system education, guided practices, live calls, and a community space to support self-regulation and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Sarah Masson does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition. You understand that results are individual and depend on your own participation, readiness, and circumstances. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

2. Membership Access

Upon joining, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the membership content and community for your own personal learning. Your login details are for you only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

Your access continues for as long as your membership subscription remains active. This includes the live calls, the practices and resources, and the community space, all of which are added to and developed over time. We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify membership content, the schedule of calls, and community features at any time.

3. Membership Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

We Rize is a recurring subscription that renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis, according to the option you select at checkout. By joining, you authorise these recurring payments.

You may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will stop renewing, and no further payments will be taken. Once you have cancelled and stopped your recurring payment, your next scheduled payment will not be charged.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep access to the membership until that period ends. After that, your access to the calls, resources, and community space will close.

Payments already taken are non-refundable. Please see clause 8 for full refund and cancellation terms.

4. Commitment to the Membership

This membership invites your active participation. Your progress depends on your engagement with the practices, the calls, and the community. While Sarah Masson provides guidance, structure, and support, the responsibility for applying these tools and embodying the work rests with you. Everything is offered at your own pace, and there is no pressure to attend every call or share before you feel ready.

5. Emotional Processing & Safety

Some of the techniques used (such as somatic awareness, breathwork, EFT tapping, heart-based practices, and nervous system work) may bring up emotions, sensations, or memories. This is a normal part of the process. You agree to use the grounding tools provided to restore calm, and to seek additional professional support if you experience distress beyond your capacity to self-regulate.

6. Medical & Scope of Practice Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• This membership is educational and coaching-based, and is not medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy.
• Nothing within this membership constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Participation does not create a therapist-client or practitioner-patient relationship.
• You will not stop or alter any prescribed medication or treatment without consulting your healthcare provider.
• You are responsible for your own physical and mental health and wellbeing at all times.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or mental health concerns.
• If you experience a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

As part of maintaining safe and ethical practice, Sarah Masson reserves the right to recommend that you seek additional support from a suitably qualified healthcare professional if your needs fall outside the scope of this membership.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared within the membership will be treated as confidential and held in accordance with UK GDPR and international data protection standards. As We Rize includes community and group elements, participants are also asked to respect the privacy of others and to maintain strict confidentiality regarding anything shared within the community and on the live calls. What is shared in the space stays in the space.

8. Fees, Refunds & Cancellations

Membership fees are charged in advance for each billing period, monthly or annually, according to your selection at checkout.

Membership fees already charged are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Once you cancel and your recurring payment is stopped, your next monthly or annual payment will not be taken. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. All decisions are final.

9. Intellectual Property

All membership materials, including videos, written guides, practices, exercises, recordings, live call recordings, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Sarah Masson. They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You may not create derivative works from any membership materials.

10. Termination

Sarah Masson reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership access, without refund, if you:

• Fail to pay amounts due
• Breach these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful conduct within the membership or community
• Share, copy, or distribute membership materials in breach of clause 9

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participation in this membership is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah Masson is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in this membership, including any health outcomes or emotional responses. Sarah Masson's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent billing period. You accept full responsibility for your own choices, wellbeing, and results.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and all services provided by Sarah Masson are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, regardless of the participant's country of residence. Clients outside the UK acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily under UK jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the box during checkout or registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also acknowledge that your participation is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion.
