How does your evening usually feel?

Many of us arrive at bedtime still wired even when we're exhausted

You've been running on cortisol all day: managing, responding, doing. By evening, your body is tired but your nervous system hasn't caught up. You scroll to switch off, lie awake thinking, or wake at 3am with a racing mind.

This isn't a willpower problem. It's a nervous system problem and there's a gentle solution.

"Your body knows how to rest

It just needs a little help finding its way back."

Your evening practice

What you will receive

Two Videos

One explains why bringing your body down of an evening matters so much, the other guides the practice itself, so you can simply follow along each night.

A gentle five part practice

A calming somatic practise lasting just under 10 minutes that walks your body down, step by step. Each part takes you a little further down, so by the end your body has not been forced to relax, it has been guided slowly, all the way home.

A transition from busy to rest and restore

A way out of doing and into resting. It can help tell the body the day is done, so you are less likely to lie there wired and exhausted, the mind still racing and the body still braced.

A practice to keep returning to

Something that deepens with repetition. The more often you come to it, the more your body learns the way down, quietly building the capacity to find its own way back to calm.

What to expect

Just 10 minutes

This isn't about adding more to your to-do list. This is about creating a small, intentional pause between your day and your sleep - one that signals safety to your entire system.

With consistent practice, clients notice calmer evenings, easier sleep, fewer 3am wake-ups, and mornings that feel genuinely more rested.
