A gentle sequence to close your day

1. Release the day

A simple somatic exercise to physically shake off the accumulated stress your body has been holding.                             

2. Slow your breathing

A guided extended exhale practice that activates your parasympathetic nervous system: your rest-and-digest mode.

3. Ground your body

Gentle body awareness and sensory grounding to bring you fully into the present and out of mental loops.

4. Transition to rest

A closing visualisation to support your nervous system in transitioning from doing to being and into deep sleep.
