The Somatic Sunset Practice

Your end-of-day reset.

A gentle, intentional sequence to help you move from tired but wired (or flat and heavy) into a softer, calmer state. We gently discharge the energy of the day and then bring the body down supporting your nervous system to return to its window of regulation and into a more restful night's sleep.

Return to it whenever the day feels like a lot.
