The 21 Day Anxiety and Pain Rewire
The 21 Day Anxiety and Pain Rewire
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in The 21 Day Anxiety and Pain Rewire, provided by Sarah Masson through NRS Trauma Solutions Ltd. By completing your registration and ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.
1. About the Programme
The 21 Day Anxiety and Pain Rewire is an educational programme that brings together nervous system education, EFT tapping and somatic practices to support self regulation and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and Sarah Masson does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any condition. Everyone’s experience is different, and your results will depend on your own participation, readiness and circumstances, so no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
2. How the Programme Works
The Programme is delivered online through Kajabi. When you join, you will have immediate access to the welcome content, and the 21 days will then open one day at a time from the programme start date. Each day includes a short educational video and a guided practice that you can do in your own time, wherever you are in the world, and return to as often as you like. The Programme also includes a live online masterclass, which will be recorded and shared as a replay, and access to a private community space.
This is a group programme, so it does not include one to one sessions, private coaching, individual messaging or personalised advice. Sarah Masson may join in within the community, but she is not able to reply to every post or offer individual guidance on your personal health, symptoms or circumstances.
3. Your Access and What Lifetime Access Means
When you purchase, you receive a personal licence to use the Programme for your own learning. Your login is for you alone and cannot be shared, transferred, resold or passed on to anyone else.
You will have lifetime access to the Programme. Lifetime access means you can keep coming back to the content for as long as the Programme is offered by NRS Trauma Solutions Ltd. It means the lifetime of the Programme, not your own lifetime, and it is not a promise that the Programme will be available forever. For as long as it remains available, you are welcome to revisit any day, practice or replay as often as you like. If we ever decide to retire or close the Programme, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, so you have time to save or download anything that is available to download.
4. The Community Space
The community is here so that members can support and encourage one another as they move through the 21 days together. It is a shared space, and it only feels safe when everyone looks after it, so by joining you agree to treat it with care.
Please know that the community is not online therapy. It is not a place for therapy, counselling, crisis support or medical advice, and it is not monitored around the clock. If you are ever in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact your GP, call 999 in an emergency, or call Samaritans free on 116 123.
We ask that you treat every member with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, judgement, discriminatory language, or aggressive or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Please do not give other members medical or treatment advice, or encourage anyone to change or stop their medication or treatment. What others share in the community belongs to them, so it must stay within the community and must not be copied, screenshotted or shared anywhere else. The community is also not the place to promote or sell your own products, services or business, or to contact members privately for that purpose, and please keep anything you post relevant to the Programme and free from graphic or distressing content.
To protect the safety and wellbeing of everyone in the group, Sarah Masson reserves the right to remove any post or comment, and to remove anyone from the community and the Programme without warning and without a refund, if these guidelines are not respected.
5. Your Participation and Emotional Safety
This Programme invites your active participation, and the changes you notice will come from your own engagement with the practices and teaching. Sarah Masson provides the guidance and structure, but how you apply the tools in your own life rests with you.
Some of the practices, such as EFT tapping, somatic awareness, breath work and other nervous system practices, may bring up emotions, sensations or memories. This is a normal part of the process. You agree to go at a pace that feels manageable for you, to use the grounding tools provided to bring yourself back to calm, and to seek further professional support if you experience distress beyond your capacity to self regulate.
6. Medical and Scope of Practice Disclaimer
This Programme is educational. It is not medical, psychiatric or psychological therapy, and nothing within it should be taken as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Taking part does not create a therapist and client or practitioner and patient relationship. Please do not stop or change any prescribed medication or treatment without speaking to your healthcare provider, and if you have any new, worsening or unexplained symptoms or pain, have them checked by a qualified healthcare professional. You remain responsible for your own physical and mental health and wellbeing at all times, and if you experience a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services straight away. As part of safe and ethical practice, Sarah Masson may recommend that you seek additional support from a suitably qualified professional if your needs fall outside the scope of this Programme.
7. The Live Masterclass and Recordings
The live masterclass will be recorded and shared as a replay with Programme members. If you join with your camera on, speak, or post in the chat during the live session, your name, image, voice and comments may appear in the recording. If you would rather not appear, please keep your camera and microphone switched off.
8. Confidentiality
Any personal information you share with us will be treated as confidential and held in line with UK GDPR and data protection law.
9. Payment, Refunds and Cancellations
The Programme is paid for in a single payment at the point of purchase. As it is a digital product with immediate access, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you would like access straight away and that you understand you are giving up your legal right to cancel once access begins. Once you have confirmed this and your access has been granted, your purchase is final and no refunds are available, including if you are removed from the Programme for breaching these Terms.
This does not affect your legal rights if the content is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill. If you have any trouble accessing the Programme or believe something is not working as it should, please contact us at [email protected]
10. Intellectual Property
All Programme materials, including videos, written guides, practices, exercises, recordings and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Sarah Masson. They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, recorded, distributed, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent, and you may not create your own versions or materials based on them.
11. Removal From the Programme
Sarah Masson reserves the right to suspend or remove your access to the Programme, without a refund, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, including the community guidelines above, if you behave in a way that is inappropriate, disruptive, abusive or harmful within the Programme or community, or if you share, copy or distribute any Programme materials.
12. Limitation of Liability
Your participation in this Programme is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRS Trauma Solutions Ltd and Sarah Masson are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your participation, including any health outcomes or emotional responses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If you are joining from outside the UK, you acknowledge that you are taking part voluntarily under UK jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By ticking the box at checkout or registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that you are choosing to take part of your own free will.
