Review from Jenny

Practical tools to help you through difficult moments, rather than letting them dictate your day.

Over 21 days, I'll guide you through EFT tapping, nervous system education and supportive daily practices to help you understand your patterns and develop a different relationship with what you feel.

Perhaps this feels familiar,

When your mind never quite switches off

In the quiet of the night

Perhaps you know what it's like to wake at 2 or 3am, your body already gripped by fear before you've even opened your eyes properly. Your mind starts racing through everything that could go wrong, and before long you're in those dark places you don't always tell anyone about.

It can feel as though you're the only person in the world who feels this way.

You wake up already on high alert

You notice a knot in your stomach, a racing heart or a strange sensation in your body, and immediately you start scanning for what's wrong. What is that feeling? Why is it happening? What if it's something serious?

Before you've even had your morning cup of tea, your mind has taken you to the worst-case scenario, and you're already working out how you're going to get through the day.

When overwhelm takes over

Something difficult happens, and you feel your body reacting before you've had time to process what's going on. Your thoughts turn against you, telling you that you're weak, that you can't cope, that everyone else seems to manage life so much more easily than you do.

So you push the feelings down, put on a brave face and carry on, because you don't know what else to do.

Even the good moments don't feel entirely easy

You're sitting around the dinner table with friends or having a lovely afternoon with your family, but part of your attention is still on yourself. Am I going to be okay? What if I start feeling anxious? What if that sensation comes back? You look around at everyone else and wonder why they seem so comfortable in themselves.

You can be surrounded by people you love and still feel completely alone with what you're experiencing.

And when you finally get a moment to relax, you find yourself checking whether you're relaxed yet, as though feeling okay is something you have to work at.

You're exhausted from trying to feel better

You've read the books, tried the supplements, changed your diet, practised breathing techniques and worked on your mindset. You understand so much about anxiety, yet when those familiar feelings rise in your body, it can feel as though you're right back where you started.

And you're tired of looking as though you're coping while privately spending so much of your energy trying to keep yourself together.

✦✦✦

You don't just want the anxiety or pain to stop. You want to stop being so frightened of your own body, and of what might happen when those feelings return.

You want to be able to enjoy an ordinary day without constantly checking how you feel, to move through difficult moments without immediately assuming the worst, and to trust yourself a little more when life feels overwhelming.

Most of all, you want your attention back for the people you love, the things you enjoy and the life you want to be living.

And that is where we begin.

Sometimes, in our desperate attempt to feel better, we end up constantly abandoning ourselves.

When we've spent years pushing feelings away, keeping busy or trying to make uncomfortable feelings disappear, we can lose the ability to be with ourselves when things feel difficult.

The 21 Day Anxiety and Pain Rewire is about learning to stay with yourself. Building the capacity to experience difficult emotions, thoughts and sensations without immediately fearing them, fighting them or needing them to go away.

Our work together is about lowering the threat response in your body when it feels sensations, emotions and pain. Reducing that sense of threat, and gently showing your body that we don't have to fear what we're experiencing.

Because healing begins when we stop fighting what we feel and learn to support ourselves through it.

✦✦✦

Your pain is not a weakness. It's your body trying to tell you something.

You see, trauma doesn't live in your brain. It lives in your body. You could be responding today to what happened 40 years ago, to a wound that never healed.

Trauma doesn't play itself out as a story. Trauma inflicts itself on your body.

The alarm cycle,

Why does your body keep sounding the alarm?

Your body can react before you even realise you've perceived a threat.

The alarm cycle: 1 body on alert, 2 brain scans, 3 physical reaction, 4 mind searches for answers, 5 the alarm is reinforced. The cycle repeats until it's interrupted.

1. Your body learns to stay prepared

Repeated stress, uncertainty or difficult experiences teach your brain and nervous system to anticipate danger. You may have learnt to read the room, expect the worst or stay one step ahead simply to get through the day.

2. Your brain starts scanning for danger, often unconsciously

Before you consciously think anything is wrong, your brain is already processing information from your surroundings and your body. When you're on high alert, it becomes quicker to detect danger, even in situations that aren't actually threatening.

3. Your body reacts before you can make sense of it

Your heart races, your muscles tense, your stomach churns or a familiar sensation appears. The physical response can arrive before you understand what triggered it, leaving you frightened or overwhelmed.

4. Your conscious mind starts searching for answers

You notice the sensation and start asking: What's wrong with me? What if this gets worse? What if I can't cope? You check your body, replay your thoughts and look for reassurance, and the sensation begins to feel even more threatening.

5. The alarm gets reinforced

Fear, physical arousal and constant monitoring feed into one another. Your brain becomes more practised at treating similar sensations as a warning, so the cycle becomes easier to repeat.

Here's the important part

Your body isn't broken. It's trying to protect you, but its alarm has become over-sensitive.

Learned responses can change. By understanding the cycle, reducing the fear attached to sensations and practising new ways of responding, you can begin to relate to these experiences differently.

Physical symptoms can have many causes. This explanation isn't a diagnosis, and new or concerning symptoms deserve appropriate medical assessment.

The everyday difference,

What becomes possible when you begin to respond differently?

Imagine the little moments when you suddenly realise how far you've come. Moments that might seem ordinary to someone else, but mean everything to you.

Sarah Masson smiling at her computer

✦

You wake up at 7am and realise you've slept through the night.

No hours lying awake worrying about how you'll feel tomorrow. You feel the difference as you start your day.

✦

You're brushing your teeth and realise you haven't started scanning your body for symptoms.

Your mind hasn't raced ahead to every possible thing that could go wrong. You're simply getting ready for the day.

✦

You're standing in a supermarket queue, and that familiar wave of dizziness or panic doesn't arrive.

You remember when something as ordinary as this felt so difficult.

✦

You go away for the weekend and find yourself laughing, making memories and enjoying the people you love.

You're not spending the whole time wondering how you're going to feel. Your attention is on your children, the conversations and the laughter. You're present in your own life.

✦

You go for that 2km walk you once thought you'd never manage again, or stand up to present at work with a confidence you haven't felt in a long time.

Not because you can guarantee you'll never feel anxious, but because you're beginning to trust yourself to meet whatever comes.

And perhaps the biggest change is that when a difficult emotion or sensation does arise, you no longer feel you have to panic, push it away or make it disappear immediately. You have tools to support yourself, a better understanding of what's happening and more capacity to be with what you're experiencing.

It's not about never feeling anxious or experiencing pain again. It's about having the confidence to meet those moments differently, so they no longer take up so much of your life.

At the heart of the Rewire,

Why we use EFT tapping

When your alarm is this sensitive, you can't simply think your way out of it. You need something that speaks to your body as well as your mind. That's why EFT sits at the heart of the Rewire.

By gently tapping on specific points on your face and upper body while bringing your attention to what you're feeling, you acknowledge what's happening instead of fighting it. You're giving your body a different experience from the one it's expecting.

It's simple to learn, it only takes a few minutes, and you can use it anywhere. At 3am when your mind won't stop. In the car before a hard conversation. In the moment a sensation catches your attention and the spiral starts to pull you in.

With practice, a feeling doesn't have to become a spiral, and a sensation doesn't automatically have to mean something terrible is happening. You have a way to support yourself when things feel difficult.

EFT is also one of the most researched tapping approaches, with more than 100 published studies looking at anxiety, stress, pain and the body's stress response. Studies have found that a single EFT session can significantly lower cortisol, one of the body's main stress hormones.

This is the tool that changed things for me, and it's the one I want to put in your hands.

The 21 day journey,

What we'll explore over the 21 days

This isn't about giving you another long list of things you need to do. It's about making space for small, consistent practices that help you understand yourself and build confidence in supporting yourself.

Each day, you'll receive a short educational video to help you make sense of what you're experiencing, alongside a separate guided EFT tapping or somatic practice.

We'll explore how anxiety and stress responses develop, why you find yourself caught in familiar patterns, and how to respond to your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations with greater understanding. We'll also work with the moments that feel particularly difficult: overwhelm, fear of symptoms, the need to feel in control and the struggle to settle when your body is on high alert.

The aim isn't to achieve a perfect state of calm. It's to build a different relationship with yourself, one small practice at a time.

Week 1

Understand your patterns

We start by building safety in the body. From there, recognise your stress responses, the patterns you fall into and how your body and mind influence one another.

Week 2

Work with what you're feeling

Practical ways to respond to anxiety, difficult emotions and the fear that arises around physical sensations.

Week 3

Build a practice you can return to

Deepen the work, including a cellular healing practice, and bring the tools into everyday moments when you need support.

Everything inside,

The knowing is good, but it's not enough.

Understanding your trauma is where healing begins, but understanding alone doesn't always change the patterns of your life. You've probably been taught that if you can understand something, if you have great knowledge, you'll be okay. But let me teach you something else.

I understood everything about my trauma, and it didn't make a damn bit of difference.

It's not the end. It's just the beginning.

Sarah Masson

A little about my own journey,

I believe these tools find us when we need them most.

For much of my life, I've been someone who tries to stay one step ahead of everything.

Growing up with an alcoholic mum meant living with unpredictability, never quite knowing what was coming next. Without consciously realising it, I learnt to watch, anticipate, read the room and prepare myself for what might happen. I thought this was simply who I was, not realising these were adaptations my body had developed to protect me.

It was only later that I began to understand how those same patterns could leave me feeling constantly on guard, always anticipating what might happen next and struggling to stand down, even when I was safe.

Alongside this, I was experiencing chronic migraines, vestibular migraines, gut issues, heart palpitations, anxiety and periods of profound burnout. I know what it feels like to desperately want to feel better, to search for answers and to wonder why your body keeps struggling when you're trying so hard to help it.

Around eight years ago, I found myself sitting beside my son's hospital bed as we navigated the frightening reality of his autoimmune condition. I'm so grateful to say he is healthy today. But I remember trembling and shaking that night, feeling physically sick and completely out of control. I couldn't make the uncertainty go away or fix what was happening, and my own body felt as though it was in a state of panic.

I'd recently seen someone doing EFT tapping, and that night I decided to try it myself. As I tapped, I noticed an almost immediate sense of relief in my own system. I remember thinking, Hang on a minute. What is this?

That moment sparked years of exploring EFT, the nervous system and somatic approaches to wellbeing.

But perhaps the biggest realisation was that I'd spent so much of my life trying to make the feelings in my body go away, trying to silence the fear and push away the darkest thoughts. I'd been fighting so hard to feel better that I'd never really learnt how to be with what I was feeling.

I began to understand that it wasn't about forcing every feeling to disappear. It was about building the capacity to be with what I was experiencing, while learning tools to support myself, allowing those feelings to be acknowledged rather than becoming something I was constantly battling.

Over time, I began to experience meaningful changes in my own health and the way I responded to life. I no longer live with chronic pain.

This is a journey I continue to go on. I still notice old patterns rising from time to time, but I understand them differently now and continue to learn how to respond to myself in new ways. My nervous system has changed enormously, and I believe it will continue changing.

With over two decades spent in wellbeing, I've come to understand how deeply our experiences can shape the way we respond to the world, often without us even realising it.

I created The 21 Day Anxiety and Pain Rewire for the woman who is exhausted from trying to feel better, who has spent years carrying everything and who has become frightened of her own symptoms and sensations. The woman whose body seems to panic when overwhelm strikes, leaving her wondering what is happening and how she's going to get through it.

Perhaps you've spent so long monitoring how you feel, anticipating the next difficult moment and trying to keep everything under control that you've forgotten what it's like to simply live your life without constantly worrying about your body.

Over these 21 days, I want to help you understand your responses, build your capacity to navigate difficult feelings and discover practical ways to support yourself when anxiety or pain feels overwhelming. Not by promising you'll never experience difficult sensations again, but by helping you develop a different relationship with them, one that isn't driven by fear and constant resistance.

Because you deserve to have more of your life available to you, rather than spending so much of it worrying about how you're going to feel.

With love, Sarah xxx

Client review: you have a way of explaining it

Is The 21 Day Anxiety and Pain Rewire right for you?

This is for you if you recognise yourself in any of these:

✦You're tired of feeling on edge, anticipating problems or struggling to switch off.

✦You find yourself worrying about physical sensations and what they might mean.

✦You understand your anxiety intellectually, but still struggle when it shows up in your body.

✦You've tried different approaches to feeling better and want practical tools you can use in everyday life.

✦You want to learn how to meet difficult feelings with more understanding, rather than constantly fighting them.

✦You can make around 15–20 minutes a day to practise.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. You don't need to feel ready every day, either. Start where you are and build from there.

This might not be for you if:

·You're looking for a quick fix that promises to make all anxiety and pain disappear overnight.

·You're not open to exploring how your nervous system responds to stress, or trying gentle practices to support yourself.

·You're looking for a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or treatment rather than an extra layer of support alongside it.

·You're under 18.

Some of your questions, answered,

A few questions you might have

How much time will I need each day?

Around 15 to 20 minutes. Each day includes a short educational video and a separate guided EFT tapping or somatic practice. Do them whenever suits you.

What if I've never tried EFT tapping before?

That's absolutely fine. The practices are guided, so you can follow along without any previous experience. You don't need to know the right words or have a particular outcome in mind.

What if I miss a day?

You don't need to do this perfectly. This is a supportive practice, not another thing to feel guilty about. Everything stays in your portal, so you can catch up at a pace that suits you.

I don't live in the UK. Can I still join?

Yes. New content is released at 6am UK time and is there for you whenever suits you, wherever you are in the world.

What if my pain isn't caused by anxiety or stress?

Pain can have many different causes, and this programme isn't based on the idea that all pain comes from stress or emotions. The Rewire offers supportive practices to help you explore your responses to pain and anxiety, and to work with the fear and overwhelm that can accompany them. It doesn't replace appropriate medical assessment or treatment.

What if I still experience anxiety or pain during or after the 21 days?

The Rewire isn't a promise that anxiety or pain will disappear, and progress looks different for everyone. The intention is to help you understand your responses and develop tools for navigating difficult moments, so you can relate to your experience differently. New, persistent or concerning physical symptoms should always be assessed appropriately.

Will this replace medical or psychological treatment?

No. This is an educational and supportive experience, not a substitute for medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment, or individual mental health care. You can use the practices alongside appropriate support, and you should continue to follow the advice of your healthcare professionals.

I'm in the Nervous System Reset Program. Is this different?

Yes. Every practice in the Rewire is brand new, so it sits beautifully alongside what you're already doing.

When does it start, and how long will I have access?

The Rewire begins on Monday 16 November 2026, with daily content released at 6am UK time. The 21 days run through to Sunday 6 December. You'll have lifetime access to the material, including the masterclass replay.

How do I access the programme?

After joining, you'll receive an email with instructions for accessing the online portal.

Can I get a refund?

Because you get immediate access to digital content, there are no refunds. If you're unsure whether the Rewire is right for you, message me before you join and we'll talk it through.

Who do I contact if I need help?

Email [email protected] and my team and I will get back to you.

Client review: grateful every day to have found you

You don't have to keep figuring it all out on your own.

You may not be able to control every sensation, thought or difficult moment that comes your way. But you can learn how to respond to those experiences differently, with more understanding and less fear.

You can learn to recognise your patterns, support yourself when overwhelm strikes and gradually build the capacity to be with what you're feeling without immediately needing to make it go away.

That's the work we'll begin together over these 21 days.
